Thank you for shopping with Merido Lane. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons, sales events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is usually 8-12 business days depending on your location, shipping carrier, and local delivery conditions.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations. Available shipping options may vary depending on your delivery address.
If your location is not available at checkout, we may not currently be able to ship to your address.
4. Shipping Fee
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order value and shipping destination.
We offer free shipping on US orders over $79.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier. If you do not see the shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please also check your spam or junk folder.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is processed or shipped, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered fulfillment.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or taken after delivery.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check around your delivery location, mailbox, front door, parcel locker, reception area, or with neighbors and household members.
You may also contact the shipping carrier directly for further delivery details.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees may be charged by your country or region. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local authorities.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may be changed or cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
10. Multiple Packages
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfillment conditions.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
11. Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will help check the status of your shipment.
