To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with tags and original packaging when applicable.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

- Items must be free from perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, stains, or signs of wear.
- Items must be returned with original tags and packaging when applicable.
- Items must not be damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or improper care.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
- Items returned without prior authorization
4. How To Request A Return
Please contact our customer support team before sending any item back. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
To request a return, please email us with the following information:

- The email address used to place the order
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for your return request
- Photos of the item if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

5. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, we may offer a replacement option, store credit, or refund according to your situation.
To help reduce sizing issues, please review the size chart on the product page before placing your order. If you are between sizes, we recommend following the fit notes listed in the product description.
6. Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can review the problem and provide a suitable solution.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund.
7. Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or unless the return is caused by an error on our side.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund status.

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery according to this policy.
